Throughout our careers, we saw the same pattern again and again: solar companies would finish an install, get paid, and move on — leaving homeowners with unanswered questions, unfinished projects, or systems that weren’t performing the way they should. Many of these companies later closed their doors, leaving customers with nowhere to turn.

We didn’t think that was acceptable.
